House Renovation Photos

The Photos above are taken last year as were having a major renovation in our house.
In Photo A: We decided to extend the wall, separating our area from the neighbor. We are also planning to renovate the terrace and covered it with roof.
In Photo B: The man the we hired is working on with the Post. I think he is pouring the cement onto it.
In Photo C: Shows the big mess brought by the on going construction. I think the renovation took almost 3 months. And i can tell you how messy and irritating that was.
In Photo D: In comparison with the Photo A, as you can see, they began putting floor tiles and they also applied the finishing touches and coated the wall.
In Photo E: Here, we actually decided to take the transparent roof away. I just don't have a closer photo but the roof was just nothing but messy. I think that's a common problem in all fiber and synthetic roof.
In Photo F: That's the time when they install the roof for our terrace. Though we encountered some issues here because a month after the construction, we found some stain forming in the ceiling which is obviously a sign of roof leeks. Well, we should have hire someone like those Roofers Portland has. We ended up hiring roofers again to fix it. Well we take that as a lesson.
How about you how's your experiences during the renovation in your house? Care to Share?

Look for a Competent and Honest Repair Shop

We had so many horrible auto repair experiences and a one whole sheet of paper would not be enough to tell you all the details. Well, most of them are some issues regarding about the poor quality of their repair while others are about the unfair pricing of their shop for the service they have done for my car.
I'm sure you feel so upset too whenever someone taking advantage of you right? Over Pricing is really a big no no for me. That is why i keep on advising my friends to be very observant and wise. If you went to some other shops before then you can keep them as your reference whether the shop is taking advantage of you by charging you so high or not.
You can also ask your friends too to help you finding out a competent and honest repair shop like what that Auto Body Repair Portland Shop does.
Because of those unwanted auto repair experiences, i started to became a bit choosy on what and where repair shop should i bring my car. I don't care how far would it be as long as i will received a very satisfying, competent and honest service from them. How about you guys? Will you do the same thing too? I'm sure we all want the best for our cars right?

Let's Pray and Help Japan

We know what happen in Japan and i just can't sit on my share staring at those horrifying videos of Tsunami on TV. But i just can do nothing to help those victims. Who am I? I am just a simple student who also work to survive. Prayer is my only tool to help this people. Prayer is a very powerful tool that each of us can offer to help the victims of Japan. I know everything happens for a reason and God has plans for them. Let's all offer our prayers to help them recover from this nightmare.
I just saw this wonderful offer from PostNJoy, a blog advertising company. This post is actually a sponsored post but we are doing this for a good cause. WE WILL NOT BE PAID for this opportunity and instead, the prize fund WILL BE DONATED for Japan.
I think this is a very good humanitarian act fro their part and encourages us blogger to help them in our own special way. I use my blogs everyday so why not use them to help the victims in Japan Right?
Right now the people of Japan are in crisis, their resources are stretched thin, and they need our help.

Advantage of Having A Brief Knowledge About Auto Repair

Auto repair is an activity that can be done at home. It can be a "Do it Yourself" activity but even though you can do it yourself, you have to make sure that you do it right or else, you will just make the condition even worst.
It is necessary for every car owner to have at least a brief knowledge about troubleshooting so that in case a technical issue occurred while you're on the road, you can do something to remedy the situation but of course, all that you can provide are the basic troubleshooting and if it failed to work out, then better call a technician or bring your car to a auto repair shop near you.
The other reason why you should have at least a brief technical knowledge about car and some basic troubleshooting is to prevent those unprofessional technician to take advantage of you.
Yup, we can't deny the fact that there are some repair shop that do take advantage of their customer. They will give you wrong issues and false results and they will charge you more than the actual price. Well, if you let them know that you know what they are doing, at least they will be afraid to trick you or take advantage of you.
I also suggest that if ever you are planning to bring your car into an auto repair shop, make sure you bring it to a shop that is already known for providing high quality service like the Auto Repair Federal Way in Washington has. All their technician are well trained and professional and your car will surely be in good hands.

The Acacia Tree

We have this huge Acacia tree near our house and it is kinda tiring because we have to sweep all those leaves that fell from that tree. Actually it is like a daily routine already. Every morning mom will wake up so early to clean the yard and the garden as well. We have a mini garden outside which is being handled by my mom. However, this Acacia tree is always messing it up because of the non stop falling of leaves from it. As if every time the wind blows, a bunch of leaves will fall from it and it is kinda irritating to clean them every now and then.
I don't have a picture with me now so i just grab a picture online.
Here's how an Acacia Tree looks like. See? It has tiny leaves and a bunch of them are falling from that tree every time the wind blows. What's more if there is a strong typhoon that hits our country right?
Actually i really don't mind how tiring this daily routine could be, what makes me worry a lot are the leaves and branches that are being stocked on our roof and gutters. I think it is about time for us to hire a service like that Gutter Cleaning Portland Services. Removing those leaves fro the gutters could be a little risky for us so it is much better to avail such service to help us out.

Is it Practical to Get Janitorial Service?

Is it really practical to get a Janitorial Service at home? Well, it is really a case to case basis and it depends how badly you need an assistance in cleaning your house. Nowadays, janitors are being hired not just for the commercial and industrial establishments, you can now get a janitorial services for your house too! Well the question is,is it really practical to get one?
Well, getting a janitorial services is like getting a housemaid too though in a different way. Housemaid is more of a stay-in helper while Janitors have their own schedules when to drop by at your house. Housemaid is more likely to be an all around helper at home while Janitors have limited scope. I think it is practical to get a janitorial service especially if you are a busy guy who can't handle all the pressure from work and other business related stuffs. Not to mention if you are a working mom and has children to take care about.
It is also practical if you're place is too big and it is pretty stressing to clean it all by yourself. Janitors are commonly being hired by some commercial establishment owners but actually they are also open for residential services. But if you are planning to get such service, make sure it is as high quality as what Janitorial Services Seattle Washington has.
Over all, hiring janitors isn't bad idea at all!

Treasure Hunting is Fun

Doing you're regular routine could be a bit boring and don't you think it's nice to do something else just for a change. Well i don't mind doing some other activities as long as it could be fun and entertaining. What do you think about mountain climbing? Sounds fun right? I guess it would be great if you'll take your family with yours and have some cool games and activities like treasure hunting for example.

Yup! We commonly see this kind of fun activity on tv but actually, treasure hunting can happen in real life and in fact, you can have this as a hobby and you can even take it seriously. But of course, it would not be that easy and is definitely a big challenge especially for beginners. Well i have heard that there are some sites that offer training courses for this. This will give you an idea how the real treasure hunting is done. Of course, just like any other course, you'll start with the basics.
And if you really want to become a professional treasure hunter, then better buy a tool like that XJ9-3050 metal detector i saw online yesterday. XJ9-3050 is dubbed as one of the world's most astonishing metal detectors. It is being used by many professional treasure hunters today because of its high quality.
Well, i guess doing something like treasure hunting isn't bad at all don't yah think?
