One of the effective keys in order to have a happy life is to think of Happy thoughts. Avoid thinking bad thoughts which cause you stress. Reminisce wonderful moments that you experienced. Cherished and keep them in your heart.

That may be the easiest way to feel happy. But some people just can't take their minds off of work and problems. It's not only stressful, but very unhealthy too...

This is very true! Think happy thoughts and you'll experience happiness! Think unhappy thoughts and that's what you'll get too! You get what you think! Our thoughts send out energy that attracts what we think!
