House Renovation Photos

The Photos above are taken last year as were having a major renovation in our house.
In Photo A: We decided to extend the wall, separating our area from the neighbor. We are also planning to renovate the terrace and covered it with roof.
In Photo B: The man the we hired is working on with the Post. I think he is pouring the cement onto it.
In Photo C: Shows the big mess brought by the on going construction. I think the renovation took almost 3 months. And i can tell you how messy and irritating that was.
In Photo D: In comparison with the Photo A, as you can see, they began putting floor tiles and they also applied the finishing touches and coated the wall.
In Photo E: Here, we actually decided to take the transparent roof away. I just don't have a closer photo but the roof was just nothing but messy. I think that's a common problem in all fiber and synthetic roof.
In Photo F: That's the time when they install the roof for our terrace. Though we encountered some issues here because a month after the construction, we found some stain forming in the ceiling which is obviously a sign of roof leeks. Well, we should have hire someone like those Roofers Portland has. We ended up hiring roofers again to fix it. Well we take that as a lesson.

Look for a Competent and Honest Repair Shop

We had so many horrible auto repair experiences and a one whole sheet of paper would not be enough to tell you all the details. Well, most of them are some issues regarding about the poor quality of their repair while others are about the unfair pricing of their shop for the service they have done for my car.
I'm sure you feel so upset too whenever someone taking advantage of you right? Over Pricing is really a big no no for me. That is why i keep on advising my friends to be very observant and wise. If you went to some other shops before then you can keep them as your reference whether the shop is taking advantage of you by charging you so high or not.

Because of those unwanted auto repair experiences, i started to became a bit choosy on what and where repair shop should i bring my car. Let's Pray and Help Japan

We know what happen in Japan and i just can't sit on my share staring at those horrifying videos of Tsunami on TV. But i just can do nothing to help those victims. Who am I? I am just a simple student who also work to survive. Prayer is my only tool to help this people. Prayer is a very powerful tool that each of us can offer to help the victims of Japan. I know everything happens for a reason and God has plans for them. Let's all offer our prayers to help them recover from this nightmare.

The Acacia Tree

We have this huge Acacia tree near our house and it is kinda tiring because we have to sweep all those leaves that fell from that tree. Actually it is like a daily routine already. Every morning mom will wake up so early to clean the yard and the garden as well. We have a mini garden outside which is being handled by my mom. However, this Acacia tree is always messing it up because of the non stop falling of leaves from it. As if every time the wind blows, a bunch of leaves will fall from it and it is kinda irritating to clean them every now and then.

Here's how an Acacia Tree looks like. See? It has tiny leaves and a bunch of them are falling from that tree every time the wind blows. What's more if there is a strong typhoon that hits our country right?
Actually i really don't mind how tiring this daily routine could be, what makes me worry a lot are the leaves and branches that are being stocked on our roof and gutters. Public Bathroom Experience

Sounds weird but i never really go to any public bathroom. I had so many unwanted experiences in public bathrooms which made me decide not to go there anymore. I remember when i went to my mom's province to visit my cousins, I had the most horrible bathroom experience. Well, we went to a market that time when i decided to go to one of the market's cubicles. I must say that it was the most horrifying bathroom i have ever seen in my life. Too bad i don't have any picture here but i can tell you how disgusting it was.
The floor tiles have so many dark spots and some moss in the corners of the wall. The bowl is like a nightmare. The bathroom is nothing but sickening and disgusting. Not to mentioned the clogged toilet bowl. Good thing they have lots of water stored there. The flush is not working so i have to pour water to submerge the waste. Errrr. They should have contacted a plumber to fix all those issue. I'm sure a lot of people are complaining about it too.
Anyway, that situation taught me a lesson that i should hire a plumber from time to time to avoid any plumbing issues. I just wish we have something like plumbing services in singapore . I have heard that they are offering a 24/7 plumbing services there.

The Mystical World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft is probably one of the most in demand MMORPG today. It is one of my favorite PC games along with Fly For Fun (FlyFF), Ragnarok and Diablo. However, WoW has something more interesting to offer that any other MMORPG can bring. In the mystical universe of Warcraft, it takes a lot of strategy and preparation to succeed in epic battles between humans, arcs, night elves, and the undead.Well, first you have to choose whether you are on the Alliance or Horde side and then after that, you can choose from any different races that belongs to the faction you have chosen. Because of the game's popularity, some spin off or custom games have been developed like DOTA or Defense of the Ancient where heroes are buffed up to destroy other heroes. However, I still prefer the original game because it has a storyline and stick only into one central theme.Aside from the battles, you will also be dealing with other activities like chopping trees, mining for gold, or building farms for food.These activities will help boosts your character's stamina, strength and more. Another interesting part of the gameplay are the quests that you have to complete to raise your level.
Right now, the version of warcraft that i have is the WotLK or World of Warcraft: Warth of the Lich King but i have heard that there is a new version known as Cataclysm which was released last December. I have heard that it has so many new features including the two new races, Goblins and Worgen.
Warcraft is such a very interesting game though you may find it quite complicated at first especially if it's your first time to play the game.
